THOMAS J. SKOLA has been providing international business and legal advisory services since 1970. He has historically focused his activities on international business and banking transactions, especially Brazil and other Latin American countries. In particular, he worked extensively on Eurodollar and syndicated loan agreements in Brazil during 1977-1981 and has participated in many business ventures involving Europe, Central America and the Caribbean. He also has considerable experience in all aspects of transnational law, including licensing, taxation, franchising, gaming and entertainment projects, intellectual property rights and cross-border litigation. Mr. Skola was among the first group of attorneys to be Board Certified in International Law by the Florida Bar in 1999.
